Become an Agent
Each state offers different courses to become a real estate agent or broker. Some states allow for a school course to be delivered online. Some allow online training for Licensing, continuing education and other real estate principle courses.

After you have completed training and get your license to become a real estate agent, there will be ongoing continuing education requirements. The usual minimum is 15 hours or so every 2 years with more or less depending on your state.
